CVE-2026-18116
Publié le 14 septembre 2026
Concrete CMS 8.3.0 to 9.5.2 stored calendar event names without sanitization and rendered them without HTML escaping in the workflow approval and deletion notifications shown in the dashboard "Waiting For Me" block. A registered user permitted to add events to a calendar governed by an approval workflow could submit an event whose name contained a script payload, which then executed in an administrator's browser when the pending request was displayed and could be used to create a new administrator account. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 7.3 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:H/UI:P/VC:H/VI:H/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks v01demort for reporting.
The ITE it51xxx I2C driver, when operating as an I2C target (slave) in buffer mode (CONFIG_I2C_TARGET + CONFIG_I2C_TARGET_BUFFER_MODE), copies host-supplied write data into the fixed-size data->target_in_buffer inside its target FIFO interrupt handler target_i2c_isr_fifo() in drivers/i2c/i2c_ite_it51xxx.c. The copy loop stores to target_in_buffer[i + data->w_index] and only checks data->w_index against sizeof(data->target_in_buffer) after the write has already completed, so the bounds check cannot prevent the overflow.
The running index data->w_index accumulates count bytes on every FIFO-fill interrupt of an ongoing transaction and is reset to zero only on a STOP or timeout condition. An I2C host that streams a single write transaction longer than the buffer (default CONFIG_I2C_TARGET_IT51XXX_MAX_BUF_SIZE = 256 bytes) drives data->w_index past the end of the buffer, and each subsequent host byte is written out of bounds into the adjacent data->target_out_buffer and following static device data.
The trigger is a malicious or misbehaving I2C master on the same bus (for example a compromised application processor or a rogue device on an exposed I2C bus); no software privilege on the victim is required and the handler runs in the target's kernel/firmware context. Because both the written values and the overflow length are attacker-controlled, this is an out-of-bounds write that can crash the controller or be shaped toward code execution. The fix adds a pre-write bounds check in target_i2c_fifo_read_to_buf() that aborts and resets the FIFO before any out-of-bounds store.

Takahe through 0.11.0 fails to restrict URL schemes in link hrefs within federated post content and profile summaries, allowing remote actors to inject javascript: links. Attackers can deliver federated content with malicious javascript: hrefs that execute in the instance origin when clicked, enabling session hijacking or impersonation of viewers.
Activiti through 7.1.0.M6 fails to validate hash-brace deferred expressions in process variables, allowing attackers to bypass expression filtering. Attackers can inject expressions beginning with #{ that are stored and later evaluated in the full Spring context when a mail task uses variable-backed body fields, enabling method invocation on application beans.
ZFile through 5.0.5 fails to validate requested file paths against a share link's allowed entries on the download endpoint. Attackers holding a share link can supply arbitrary file paths as query parameters to download any file under the shared base directory, bypassing the intended access restrictions.
goproxy through 15.3 fails to apply HTTP proxy basic authentication to CONNECT tunnel requests, allowing unauthenticated clients to bypass credential requirements. Attackers can issue CONNECT requests to establish tunnels through the authenticated proxy without providing credentials, enabling arbitrary TCP traffic relay and access to restricted destinations.
A security flaw has been discovered in GNU Binutils 2.47. This vulnerability affects the function elf_orphan_compatible of the file ld/ldelf.c of the component ELF Orphan Section Handler. Performing a manipulation results in null pointer dereference. The attack must be initiated from a local position. The exploit has been released to the public and may be used for attacks. The project was informed of the problem early through a bug report but has not responded yet.
A vulnerability was identified in GPAC 26.07.0. This affects the function gf_node_deactivate_ex of the file scenegraph/base_scenegraph.c of the component MP4Box. Such manipulation leads to use after free. The attack must be carried out locally. The exploit is publicly available and might be used. Upgrading to version abi-16.23 is able to mitigate this issue. The name of the patch is 49dee5cad329cfed310c1682703df7daa47df31a. You should upgrade the affected component.
A vulnerability was determined in GPAC 26.07.0. Affected by this issue is the function gf_node_del of the file scenegraph/base_scenegraph.c of the component MP4Box. This manipulation causes out-of-bounds read. The attack is restricted to local execution. The exploit has been publicly disclosed and may be utilized. Upgrading to version abi-16.23 can resolve this issue. Patch name: afca1f1181668d85941d51ed1adf647807d5d975. It is advisable to upgrade the affected component.
A vulnerability was found in GPAC 26.07.0. Affected by this vulnerability is the function gf_node_unregister of the file scenegraph/base_scenegraph.c of the component MP4Box. The manipulation results in use after free. The attack is only possible with local access. The exploit has been made public and could be used. Upgrading to version abi-16.23 addresses this issue. The patch is identified as 9eb40df4448b88d6a6ce3454657c06f47eff0b24. Upgrading the affected component is advised.
ZITADEL is an open source identity management platform. Prior to version 4.16.0, a bug in how ZITADEL updates permissions when multiple project roles are deleted at the same time can cause some user permissions to be missed. This issue specifically affects User Grants on Granted Projects (projects shared between different organizations), potentially allowing users to keep access rights that were supposed to be completely removed. This issue has been fully resolved in version 4.16.0. There are no configuration workarounds. Upgrading to a patched version is the only way to trigger the automatic cleanup migration. Those who cannot upgrade immediately should manually review user permissions specifically for Granted Projects where multiple roles were recently deleted.
On affected platforms running Arista EOS with both 802.1X port authentication and the RADIUS proxy feature configured with dynamic authorization, a low-privileged attacker on an adjacent network segment who induces a RADIUS packet through a configured RADIUS proxy client can prevent RADIUS dynamic authorization messages, including Change-of-Authorization (CoA) and Disconnect-Requests as defined in RFC 5176, from being applied to locally authenticated 802.1X sessions.
This allows an endpoint session that a RADIUS server or network access control system has ordered disconnected to remain authorized on the network.
Both 802.1X port authentication with dynamic authorization and RADIUS proxy with dynamic authorization must be explicitly configured for a deployment to be exposed to this issue.
This issue was discovered internally by Arista, and the company is not aware of any malicious exploitation of this vulnerability in customer networks.
Concrete CMS 9.0.0 through 9.5.3 is vulnerable to stored XSS via the custom page alias name (customAliasName) because the Edit Alias dialog applied only trim() to the submitted value and performed no input neutralization. An authenticated user holding canWrite (editor) permission on a page could store a malicious alias name that was later rendered unescaped in the administrative Sitemap panel, where it executed automatically in any administrator or editor session that opened the panel, allowing an editor to escalate to administrator through the victim's active session. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 7.3 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:H/UI:P/VC:H/VI:H/VA:L/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks Nguyen Manh Thuan for reporting.
