CVE-2026-52822
Publié le 15 septembre 2026
Kimai is an open-source time tracking application. Prior to 2.58.0, PATCH /api/timesheets/{id}/restart, PATCH /api/timesheets/{id}/duplicate, and the web duplicate workflow can derive a new record from an owned historical timesheet after the user's access to its project or activity has been revoked. TimesheetVoter evaluates the own-timesheet permission before current team access, and its canStart() logic validates object visibility but does not verify the user's current team access to the referenced project and activity. An old entry therefore acts as a persistent capability to create new time records under an unauthorized project and activity, corrupting budgets, statistics, reports, and invoices after an administrative revocation. This issue is fixed in version 2.58.0.
Kimai is an open-source time tracking application. Prior to 2.57.0, GET or POST requests to /en/admin/activity/create/{project} and /en/admin/project/create/{customer} require only the generic create_activity or create_project capability and do not verify edit access to the supplied Project or Customer object. A user who knows a valid project.id or customer identifier can use the preset-parent creation logic in src/Controller/ActivityController.php or src/Controller/ProjectController.php to persist a new child business object under an unauthorized parent, polluting project or customer configuration and influencing later time-entry, rate, reporting, and billing behavior. This issue is fixed in version 2.57.0.
Kimai is an open-source time tracking application. Prior to 2.57.0, PATCH /api/timesheets/{id} and POST /api/timesheets accept a user-controlled project identifier through TimesheetApiEditForm and FormTrait, and ProjectRepository::getQueryBuilderForFormType() places that identifier in an unconditional OR branch that bypasses the team access criteria. Any authenticated user with edit_own_timesheet can therefore assign an owned timesheet to a project outside the user's teams, persist unauthorized project attribution, and retrieve project and customer metadata through GET /api/timesheets/{id}?full=true. TimesheetTeamAccessValidator now checks changed project and activity associations against current team access. This issue is fixed in version 2.57.0.
Kimai is an open-source time tracking application. Prior to 2.57.0, the GET /api/timesheets list endpoint accepts user and users[] target identifiers from a caller with view_other_timesheet but does not apply access_user or verify that a ROLE_TEAMLEAD requester leads a team containing each target user. TimesheetController::cgetAction() adds the resolved users directly to the query while project and customer filtering still permits records on unscoped projects or projects sharing ordinary team membership, allowing a teamlead to retrieve another user's descriptions, timing data, tags, rate, and internalRate even though GET /api/timesheets/{id} would deny access through TimesheetVoter. This issue is fixed in version 2.57.0.
Improper handling of insufficient permissions or privileges vulnerability in Secomea GateManager allows Privilege Escalation.
This issue affects GateManager: 11.5;0, 11.4.625515072:0.
Fixed in Version 11.6 or 11.4.626194074 and above
Session fixation vulnerability in Secomea GateManager (webserver module) allows Session Fixation.
This issue affects GateManager: 11.5;0, 11.4.625515072:0.
Fixed in Version 11.6 or 11.4.626194074 and above
Affected versions of MISP can record incorrect access-log data for requests that terminate in an exception.
Because CakeErrorController extends AppController, exception rendering runs the application startup path a second time. As a result, __accessMonitor() calls AccessLog::logRequest() twice for one HTTP request. The second deferred writer measures the error-controller execution instead of the original request and can overwrite the row created by the first pass. The corrupted fields include request duration, SQL query count, memory usage, and potentially the recorded query log.
The bug was masked because the same model instance retained the ID of the first saved row, causing the later save to issue an UPDATE rather than insert an obvious duplicate row.
Version affected: ≤2.5.45
Affected versions of MISP expose several state-changing controller actions without restricting them to POST.
The affected actions are:
- EventReportsController::purgeUnusedPictures()
- NoticelistsController::enableNoticelist()
- ServersController::removeOrphanedCorrelations()
- WorkflowsController::rebuildRedis()
The patch adds allowMethod(['post']) to each action, preventing them from being triggered through ordinary GET requests.
For purgeUnusedPictures(), the corresponding UI previously used $.get(). The fix converts that request to POST and supplies X-CSRF-Token, while the controller enables header-only CSRF validation for that AJAX action.
Because GET requests can be induced cross-origin through links, images, redirects, or navigation, accepting GET for these state-changing operations can let an attacker trigger them using the authenticated victim's session.
Version affected: ≤2.5.45
Open Access Management (OpenAM) is an access management solution. Prior to 16.1.2, the pre-authentication /authservice PLL endpoint accepts a CustomCallback XML element whose className value selects an arbitrary Java class for AuthXMLUtils to load and instantiate without verifying that it implements DSAMECallbackInterface. Default configurations expose the endpoint without authentication, allowing attacker-controlled class initialization and unsafe deserialization of a serialized Subject value to execute code in the server process. Enabling sunRemoteAuthSecurityEnabled does not prevent the vulnerable parsing and instantiation because its check occurs later. This issue is fixed in version 16.1.2.
Open Access Management (OpenAM) is an access management solution. From 13.0.0 until 16.1.2, the OAuth2 authorize endpoint's display=wap consent page reflects request-derived values through ConsentRequiredResource and wap/authorize.ftl without HTML escaping. An attacker can induce a user with an active OpenAM session to follow a crafted authorization link and execute JavaScript in the OpenAM origin, enabling session or cookie theft, CSRF-token disclosure, and actions with the victim's privileges. At least one registered OAuth2 client is required, but the attacker does not need to control that client. This issue is fixed in version 16.1.2.
Open Access Management (OpenAM) is an access management solution. Prior to 16.1.2, WebAuthnAuthentication.deserialize applies an ObjectInputFilter that allows every serialized object at depth greater than 1 and therefore constrains only an AuthenticatorImpl root object. A pre-authentication attacker can supply a userHandle whose serialized graph has a valid AuthenticatorImpl root and a nested gadget class, causing readObject or readResolve execution before the cast and assertion verification when a usable gadget is on the classpath. This bypasses the incomplete remediation for the earlier WebAuthn deserialization vulnerability. This issue is fixed in version 16.1.2.
A security vulnerability exists in the Sealed Secrets controller's unauthenticated POST endpoints. By submitting a modified payload containing custom Go template logic in spec.template.data, an attacker with internal network access can abuse the handler as a decryption oracle to recover the full plaintext of any sealed secret.
The POST /v1/verify and /v1/rotate handlers call Unseal() to decrypt target secrets, then render any Go templates found in spec.template.data.* using the decrypted payload as the evaluation context (pkg/apis/sealedsecrets/v1alpha1/sealedsecret_expansion.go). Errors encountered during template execution are directly reflected in the resulting HTTP response status codes.
Missing AEAD label binding: the spec.template.data field is omitted from the AEAD authenticated-data label binding ciphertext to metadata. As a result, an attacker can copy a target's valid metadata and encryptedData verbatim, satisfying AEAD decryption and label validation, while freely replacing spec.template.data with arbitrary template logic.
Side-channel oracle: template execution errors map directly to HTTP response codes. HTTP 200 (OK) indicates template execution succeeded; HTTP 409 (Conflict) indicates template execution failed (e.g. via {{ fail "..." }}).
By injecting conditional statements such as {{ if eq (substr 0 1 .password) "S" }}ok{{ else }}{{ fail "x" }}{{ end }}, an attacker receives an HTTP 200 status when a character guess is correct and an HTTP 409 when it is incorrect. This differential response leaks one character-equality bit per request, allowing full secret extraction over successive queries.
Attack vector & prerequisites: unauthenticated; requires network access to the controller's internal service port (:8080). Although this service is not exposed to the public internet by default, it is accessible to any pod within the Kubernetes cluster or via a kubectl port-forward connection.

Open Access Management (OpenAM) is an access management solution. Prior to 16.1.1, the default configuration initializes the iPlanetDirectoryPro SSO cookie with HttpOnly disabled and without a protective SameSite default, and OAuth and OpenID Connect consent flows reuse that cookie through CsrfProtection as a CSRF token. When combined with same-origin cross-site scripting and a user following an attacker-controlled link, the cookie can be read and reused to steal the SSO session and complete attacker-driven consent grants. This issue is fixed in version 16.1.1.
Open Access Management (OpenAM) is an access management solution. Prior to 16.1.1, AuthorizationCodeGrantTypeHandler requires a code_verifier only when the realm-wide codeVerifierEnforced setting is enabled, even when an authorization code stores a code_challenge. Because that setting is disabled by default, an attacker who intercepts a PKCE-protected authorization code can omit code_verifier and redeem the code, while an explicitly incorrect verifier is rejected. Public clients are directly affected, and confidential-client exploitation additionally requires client authentication material or another redemption context. This issue is fixed in version 16.1.1.
Open Access Management (OpenAM) is an access management solution. Prior to 16.1.1, the private_key_jwt client authentication path uses ClientJwksResolverCache without reliably binding a cached jwks_uri resolver and verified assertion to the expected clientID in ClientCredentialsReader. An attacker controlling any registered client with published keys, including one obtained through open dynamic registration when enabled, can authenticate as another client whose keys are exposed through jwks_uri and mint tokens in that client's name across realms in the same OpenAM process. This issue is fixed in version 16.1.1.
