OpenList is a file list program that supports multiple storage backends. Prior to 4.2.4, the OpenList search API uses a non-separator-aware strings.HasPrefix comparison as a path containment authorization check when authorizing globally indexed Bleve results against a restricted user's BasePath. When Bleve search is enabled and a restricted authenticated user searches the global index for content in a sibling path, the user causes a globally indexed sibling-path result to pass the prefix check. The strings.HasPrefix(node.Parent, user.BasePath) predicate allows a sibling path such as /base2 to be treated as contained by /base. Unauthorized file metadata or file-existence information can be disclosed, and the backend Total value can reveal a match even when another access check removes the individual result. This issue is fixed in version 4.2.4.

Prior to the self-hosted image published on August 10, 2026 and local deployment binary precompiled-2026-08-10-c0cb7ae, a malicious user can, in rare cases, perform unauthorized reading of deployment information from a Convex deployment. The maintainer has intentionally withheld the affected component and technical mechanism to protect self-hosted deployments that have not been updated, and no evidence of exploitation is known. Convex cloud deployments were patched automatically. This issue is fixed in the self-hosted image published on August 10, 2026 and local binary precompiled-2026-08-10-c0cb7ae.

IBM Power Systems Firmware FW1060.00 through FW1060.81 is affected by a vulnerability in host firmware configuration parsing. An attacker with authenticated service-level access to the FSP can write specially crafted configuration data to cause memory corruption in the host firmware boot stage during system IPL, compromising the host firmware boot stack and the hypervisor subsequently loaded by it. Successful exploitation results in a confidentiality, integrity, and availability impact to the managed system.
